Colleague resignation
I thought I would share one of my most recent manifestations - I was working with a lady who caused quite a bit of drama at work and had been in the job for years but never wanted to leave. I gave it the meaning that she was unhappy and intended she would leave due to finding her dream job. A week later she announced she was taking some leave and extended this an extra two weeks. On her first day back at work she announced her resignation as she was emailed during her leave by another organisation who offered her a 12 month maternity leave position in her dream field. She didn’t even apply for the position - it just came out of nowhere!
