Got to say Daniel after a few days practing not thinking wow powerful it's definitely a skill takes effort at first thought forms before they even appear you can go in body they dissolve realising thoughts were causing be to avoiding the panick feelings in body if you allow the thought breath be present and stay in body you don't even get a panick feeling in body just takes breathing into it not having to use love drug formula as much I will when it needs more comfort but today best day ever no comforting needed normal triggers out and about I'm realising the thought was causing me to panick definitely avoiding the feeling now I just see old triggers watch the thought fly past breath feel it its gone I have alot of old programming resistance with consistency in a week or two I will see huge changes 😀
