Why There Is No Perfect Morning Routine
You can't change my mind on this. There is no perfect routine other than the one that works for YOU. To many times we go to: • Social Media • Youtube • TikTok • Google Or whatever the channel is to "find the perfect" (insert what you want here) And the problem is there is no "perfect" solution. You need to do what works for YOU. What works for me may not work for you, and that's okay. Stop valuing others opinions more than you value your own. That's it for today. Love yalll.

Linkedtrepreneurs - Want my planning tool?
I’m about to share a little secret with you. Want to crush your goals this quarter? Here’s the best piece of advice I’ve got: break it down. Sometimes, our goals can feel massive, right? So massive that they’re paralyzing. And when we’re staring down something that feels too big, we end up not starting at all. Set those big yearly goals aside for a moment. Start by asking yourself: What can I do this month to move my business forward? Maybe, for you it’s setting up an LinkedIn Outreach campaign. Then zoom in a bit: What about this week? Maybe, it’s picking your niche. Now, get into the nitty-gritty: What tasks can I tackle today to make progress? Whatever it is, do it today. I want to share a resource that has been a game-changer for me—a planner for mapping out my year, quarters, and daily tasks. Just drop a “calendar” in the comments, and it’s all yours. Trust me, you’re going to love it. You owe it to yourself to be great today 🤎 SN: you don’t more information, you just need to take MORE ACTION. Love yalll as always, K

The Biggest Thing That Held Me Back in 2023
The biggest thing that held me back last year was perfectionism. As entrepreneurs & high achievers, we feel like we have to have it all together. - Make perfect content - Workout 6 days a week - Wake up at 5am, meditate at 5:30am, journal at 6am, or whatever the gurus said… Be everywhere all at once. And the problem with that? It's too much. Yup, I said it. It is TOO much. You can't be everywhere all at once. But as entrepreneurs and high achievers, the moment we don’t do one thing on our “to-do list” after we already did 99 things for the day, we feel “discouraged” or “lacking thereof”. But I want you to know: you're not lacking anything. You are doing the best you can. Give yourself some grace today, Love yall, K 🤎
