There's this massive lie that we're being told:
"Nobody wants to sell at this time of the year until the spring".
And it couldn't be farther from the truth for our clients like Troy running YouTube Ads (see screenshot).
Here's what I mean:
So many agents think that it's not even worth trying to grow their business or generate new leads in November...
And automatically default by relaxing more, letting their guard down and reassuring themselves by saying real estate is cyclical.
Which, in a way, is true don't get me wrong. But, you're forgetting about these:
➡️ Divorce leads
➡️ Relocation leads
➡️ Probate leads
While there ARE more active times of the year like spring, these type of leads above don't "want" to sell, they "NEED" to sell now and can't afford waiting in the spring...
So if you're not advertising in November and December, divorce, probate and relocation leads will go list with someone else.
You're leaving a LOT of opportunity on the table—regardless how "slow" your market is.
Because here's what happens when you GENERATE LEADS all year long:
+ You stop having "better years than others" or that "roller-coaster" income from month-to-month and you finally start having consistency in your business.
+ You're building up your pipeline every day, every week and month so no matter what happens in the market, you don't mind because you have such a high volume.
+ You feel more motivated and less tired because you're always closing transactions.
And more importantly...
You're able to get in front of more potential leads at a time when the top producers in your city are chilling and not advertising.
^^ That's how you scale without being affected by the "slow seasons".
