I Generated This $4M Seller Lead With YouTube Ads In Just A Few Days After Launching It! We created a 30 second long ad, offered a valuable lead magnet and showed it SPECIFICALLY to high-end sellers in my client's neighborhood. If you’d like the exact playbook on what we did to get this seller, comment below the word “Luxury” now and I'll send it over!

Still struggling with Lead Gen? READ THIS
Yesterday out of the blue, a new client called me. He was raving about how much he loved my videos. He loved my personality and wanted me to help him sell and buy his next home. After I got off the phone with him, I had a realization... I take it for granted that I get calls like this every week now. Because it wasn’t always this way. Just a few years ago, I was struggling and felt hopeless. I HATED what I was doing. 3 years ago, after blood sweat and tears (literally) I finished renovating my first home. Then I sold it, and was able to quit my soul-sucking accounting job. I wanted to make the big bucks, so I got my real estate license! I would sit at the office, with my realtor badge on, and wait for the phone to ring. But it never did. So I did what most new agents do…I held open houses. And no one showed up. Or worse, people WOULD show up and get my hopes up, only to leave me empty handed. Then I tried cold-calling. I spent hundreds of dollars on data lists each month. I called FSBO’s, expireds, and landlords. I got cursed at. Insulted. Threatened. After a year of cold calling angry people with no results, I reached the end of my rope. I got depressed and gained 30 lbs. And I was quickly running out of money. “Real estate’s not for me”, I thought. “Maybe I should go find a job because this isn’t working”… Until I stumbled on the idea of making YouTube videos for real estate. But I didn’t know how to make videos! And I didn’t particularly like how I looked OR sounded on camera. The thought made me cringe. But the possibility that buyers and sellers could actually be calling ME, felt too good to pass up. So I had to give it one last try. I posted my first video on YouTube and got a measly 30 views. Then I posted another, and another and another. The views grew, the phone rang. Every week, new clients were reaching out to me. “I love your videos! I can’t believe I’m actually talking to you!” they’d say. A couple months later I had my first commission check of $15k. Then another check for $7k, $13k… and so on.

AI for leads is INSANE
25$ per lead generated with an AI that can make 1000 calls a minute. I’ve realized that AI is the future. To think that those who have these types of systems in place by the end of the year will totally dominate those using outdated strategies. Get on the opportunity of AI while you can folks! - Site is called Air.ai, feel free to message me if you have any questions about the setup.

3 things I learned making $137k last month
Just made our best month ever at $137k cash collected in May. I spent $200K to buy almost every coaching program you can imagine from the top guys in our industry and hired about 13 closers. Out of 13 closers, only 3 were worth keeping on the team. Here’s what I learned: 1. Most of them call themselves closers after taking Cole’s course or Dan Lok’s course but don’t they don’t understand sales fundamentals and how to communicate without causing any friction. 2. Really good closers are already making good money. If they’re broke, it means they don’t know how to sell themselves to a good company, if they can’t sell themselves, they won’t be able to sell your offer. 3. Don’t remove yourself from sales until someone can match your performance. Biggest mistake I made was to remove myself too early from sales because I was tired of it. Suck it up, get better and learn to enjoy sales. It will serve you a lifetime. That's why I fired all my old sales team and decided to do all the setting and closing myself again. Not gonna lie, I'm starting to feel a maxed out as I took over 100 live demos as the founder on top of calling over 600 new leads. Our bottleneck right now is the appointment setting. My goal is to bring on an appointment setter this month to at least remove myself from that part so I can take 120-140 live demos and reach $200k/mo cash collected. For setters, unlike closers, I don't think they need experience to succeed fast. The main thing is looking for someone eager to learn, with a TON of drive and hunger. When I was 16 years old, that was me. I had dropped out of high school, with zero skills and zero income but I was disciniplined and driven. 7-figures seemed so far away and I could have never reached it simply because I was lacking a lot of skills. Looking back, the first skill I should have learned was appointment setting because it doesn't matter if you're good at closing if you have no calls in the first place... Anyways, hopefully this can inspire some of you guys in here.
