In your opinion, what are the most important factors to consider when crafting a successful cold email? Is it the length, structure, and readability, or elements like addressing pain points, highlighting challenges, showcasing dollar amount and time savings, or including case studies of similar clients?

We are on our fifth campaign and we've experienced a MASSIVE drop in positive replies. Is anyone else experiencing this? What should we do to mitigate this??
