What do I like in the NW corner of the USA?
It's very hard to choose a fav.
My wife Barbara and I love to look out over Oakland Bay every morning because it is always different. Tide is in or out.
Cloudy or clear.
Sunrise colors reflected in the bay.
Mt. Rainer visible or fogged in.
Deer eating flowers in the garden. Scram!
We also love to drive and look at all the coastline views. Gather shellfish, berries, and mushrooms.
Bridgette our corgi and I love to hike around the hills here because the views are so awesome.
That's the nature parts.
We live in the southern area of Puget Sound near Olympia the state capital.
There are dozens of quaint seaside villages we have found by exploring side roads.
Of course, the big cities have lots to offer.
