Stringing and Blobbing

So something i noticed when print multiple items on the print bed at once. I am getting bad stringing and blobbing on the prints. This is not a issue when printing a single print at a time. I have change retraction up and down. temp up and down and the printer is in an enclosure. I'm at a lose to what could be causing it. I even have combing turned on.
