Replace smoking with:
Chating to beautiful women
Chewing Gum
Playing with a match stick in your mouth
Eating Fruit
Flossing teeth
Drinking Water, Tea, Coffee
Exercising (push ups, squats...)
Taking deep breaths/ holding your breath
Reading / Journaling
Playing with your pets
Playing chess or any other game
Calling family
