Small team NO problem!
Things I learned the easy way, because I listened to those who did it before me! I can offer some advice for those looking to start something for your selves or continue to growth especially with a small team.
Focus is everything. Niche down, dominate and become the go-to expert in a specific area rather than trying to be everything to everyone. This concentrated expertise will make your marketing more effective and help you stand out. To expand your reach without expanding your team, leverage strategic partnerships. Find businesses with complementary services and overlapping target audiences to collaborate on projects and cross-promote each other. Content marketing is critical, create valuable content like blog posts, videos, or social media updates that attract, engage, and build trust with your ideal customer. Never underestimate the power of customer delight. Happy customers become loyal advocates who provide repeat business and valuable referrals, so go the extra mile to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships. Finally, embrace automation and technology wherever possible. Use tools to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and free up your team's time to focus on high-value activities that drive growth. Last tid bit strategically outsource task that are outside of your teams core competencies, this frees up much time!
