Take this idea
In the content creation market place there are a lot of salesmen/content creators that their content is just business ideas. Codie sanchez, my first million, koerner office etc. In honor of Veterans Day there is no podcast such as access Vegas a former military officer with a female panel talking about business ideas and how to turn fast money in forever money. The recent election has shown podcasts that have large male audiences are more powerful than legacy media. With a podcast that does 1 million in downloads you could easily sell $200k worth of adspace per episode.

This year just keeps getting better.
As some of you may know, I work in animation. A show that I've been helping these 2 writers with for the last 2 years, was picked up for the pilot, so we can add director to my fucking resume!

What would you do?
Ok, question: You have a business and NO budget for any marketing. How would you grow it to 5k-10k per month? You can answer this with you're own business as this question doesn't mention what kind of business, the products, target market, etc

Videography lessons
There are many niches you can get in as a videographer. The top earning videographers shoot almost exclusively corporate content. My clients know that they can have me come in or fly me somewhere and I'll just get the job done. Consistency and peace of mind is huge for a corporate client. A colleague of mine used a Kessler KC-8 Crane (about $1k when you include tool-less, short tip, dolly and case) because it can go from straight-overhead-shooting-straight-down, to more standard angles, in seconds (freaking secret weapon for product shooting, music vids, etc., instant changing of even extreme angles, when you have the space for the thing - sets up in maybe 5 minutes). It also kinda impresses the clients, camera just floats. Your day rate is dependent on your gear, portfolio , market and referrals. A videographer in punta cana can’t ask for $2200 a day while someone in Miami, Vegas or nyc can. Look at your competitors and look to give value besides price. Speed , Quality and Cost are three factors you need to consider when scaling a freelance service business.

Small team NO problem!
Things I learned the easy way, because I listened to those who did it before me! I can offer some advice for those looking to start something for your selves or continue to growth especially with a small team. Focus is everything. Niche down, dominate and become the go-to expert in a specific area rather than trying to be everything to everyone. This concentrated expertise will make your marketing more effective and help you stand out. To expand your reach without expanding your team, leverage strategic partnerships. Find businesses with complementary services and overlapping target audiences to collaborate on projects and cross-promote each other. Content marketing is critical, create valuable content like blog posts, videos, or social media updates that attract, engage, and build trust with your ideal customer. Never underestimate the power of customer delight. Happy customers become loyal advocates who provide repeat business and valuable referrals, so go the extra mile to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships. Finally, embrace automation and technology wherever possible. Use tools to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and free up your team's time to focus on high-value activities that drive growth. Last tid bit strategically outsource task that are outside of your teams core competencies, this frees up much time!
