How much protein should we eat? How about fat?
Can I eat eggs?
Why are these proportions so important during menopause?
One of the reasons is that without enough of certain amino acids in protein - we will see an increase in mood issues, brain fog and memory problems.
There are also many reasons why you might not get enough including not eating enough protein and not digesting and absorbing them because you take a type of antacid.
All of these questions are address in this video in Part II of our Diet in Menopause series. It's important for us to take control of our own bodies and health and that's why I do what I do.
