in order to pack on muscle and build strength we HAVE TO prioritize protein as part of our daily dietary needs!
Here is a quick and easy recipe that packs in 56g of protein!
2-Ingredient Chocolate Protein Mousse:
Ingredients
  • Your favorite plain yogurt
  • Your favorite protein powder
Recipe for Large Serving
  • 2 servings of Fage yogurt
  • 1 scoop Steak Shake Protein
Large serving macros:
  • 446 cals
  • 12g carbs
  • 19g fat
  • 56g protein
*For small serving, cut recipe in half, divide macros by 2
