Hatred re-ignited for my mom

Just got back from a 10 day family vacation and being around my mom for so long only re-ignited the hatered I have for her. I’ve done gestalt a couple months ago and felt like I got a lot of relief from that. But she has certain behaviours that trigger me and she also negatively treats my dad all of which only reignited the hatred I have for her. And when I mean hatred, it’s coming from a place of “I can’t wait until she dies.” I have zero remorse.
