Hello homesteaders, I’m Michelle Giles, have been trying to learn to homestead for the last 3 yrs. Started a garden, learned to can food, raise and butcher chickens, and now helping our son with his black angus cattle of 30 head which we raise and have butchered for meat for ourselves and family and sell what is left. We had 8 new calves this year! So always busy and fun.
I am also a wood carver, woodworker and a quilter who plays pickleball when I get a minute.
I hope to learn more and stretch myself.
