How do you know if you need one? Making money or not, you may struggle, like I did, with giving away your money power to other people. That's a pattern I call Abdication.
Abdicators also tend to be perfectionistic. This tendency shows up for me, still, for instance, by obsessing over mistakenly leaving the ®️ off my AFC certification symbol. I can't change my name again so it is what it is. Small stuff compared to not dealing with money for decades! I decided when I was five I wanted nothing to do with money. God's got jokes, that's why I'm a financial coach today!
