Being a mortgage advisor do you ever feel like your banging your head on a brick wall with a case. It can lonely and time consuming being a broker looking for a solution . Have you ever spent half the day searching criteria and calling BDM’S. I’ve been advising for 17 years and with ever changing criteria combined with the fact that every customer is completely different it can take time to reach the desired outcome.
For the last 5 years I have worked as a sole trader and sometimes all I need is to speak to another advisor to bounce a idea around or ask for advice . Sometimes the answer can be staring at you right between the eyes and it can be a simple answer, but you just can't see it. It always helps any situation to air it. As they say a problem shared is a problem halved.
