But listening to Brandon's story I got interested in the DLPFC and that flow states helps us transcend from "being-stuck-in-me-focus". Are there neuro drills specifically that helps us work with the DLPFC so we can make it easier to transcend the "being-stuck-in-me-focus" that the DLPFC can keep us stuck in?
