Anyone tried growing Tiktok in 2023? This is killing me

Restarting an tiny old account in 2023 (~400 followers), and views/likes have been terrible. 200 views and 3-7% engagement on all posts, with a lot of posts getting limited to 50-100 views.

Not shadowbanned, showing up on FYP, not categorized.

Tried all types of things, but can't get engagement above 10%.

Did 3-set tests of other well-performing posts from leaders in my space (DJ videos, singing, playing instrument, quote posts, production behind the scenes, etc.) and ended up hiding the majority.
Posted consistently daily for over two weeks
Trying offscreen hashtags, etc. limited to 3 according to current discussions about algorithm

Would appreciate anything at this point, about to start a new account from scratch and see if it helps. Totally out of ideas here. Open to posting my account if it's allowed.

Spotify is actually doing fantastic over the last couple months, but not sure if there's any way to feed off that... Tiktok seems dead in the water for me.

Hell, had my girl start a new account and post a random cat picture and random cat video, and both got >150 likes in a day. So KMN.
