Introduction to the One-Week Song Club
This is a course that focuses on one thing; writing and releasing a song every week, and the mindset, tips, tricks, and tools to do it. If you are a: - Musician - Aspiring musician - Musician who stepped away for awhile, and now you're coming back - Just someone who's interested in making music This is a course for you. This isn't like every other course about music production that you've seen. I'm not going to show you how to be an EDM superstar, or a mega-DJ. I have no doubt that you'll be able to find your way there if you want, but, in order to do so, you have to have a foundational understanding of why being creative isn't solely about fame and fortune. This course is straightforward. It explores the mindset of how to write and release music consistently via: - Dedication - Not waiting for inspiration - Sitting down and doing the work - Setting aside time for yourself - Knowledge of the tools used for music production I have been writing and releasing a song every week on even-numbered years since 2014. I fully believe that anyone can do this, regardless of their skill level, and I want to teach you how to do it. If this sounds like something in which you're interested, I invite you to join our community and purchase the course. It's only $27, and if you simply don't like what you get out of it, I'll give you your money back. My hope, however, is that you find value in seeing behind the workflow of someone who has been practicing this system for over ten years, and done so with very great success. If you have questions, please reach out to me, and I look forward to working with you!

You actually can write more music
Using the methods I've created in the One-Week Song Club and having written and released over 305 songs in ten years: - I don't fail car tests anymore, nor do I run ten million mixdowns. - I release a ton of music. - I create something, release it, move on and create more. - The key is a combination of giving yourself a system with proper processing of your tracks that's pre-planned for your instruments and what you're playing, as well as confidence in yourself and your music. Believe me, the confidence plays a huge role. Bigger than the technical side of things. If you want to learn how I did this, and how you can, too, you can get my nine dollar course that teaches the mindset and methods to making more music.

What are your goals for this week?
Setting goals for writing music is important. Personally, I set a goal to write a song every week. I have done that 45 times over this year, so far. I have done this by setting aside at least an hour for writing music. If I can do that, I know that I'm going to, at the very least, get something written. Will it be perfect? Probably not. Will it be something that I created, something that I made? Absolutely. Will it drive me to create more? I'm sure it will. If you're working to write more music, the best way to get started is to do it. That sounds super simple, but it's more than true. If you think you don't have the skill, you probably do! The important part is allowing yourself to write, experiment, and have some fun. What are your goals for this week in your music?
