First stage in the books
I am really surprised and happy with this four month transformation picture… Now I’m switching up my workout routine to the mornings thanks to daylight savings time, but in the long run, I believe it will help me out and feel more accomplished throughout the day…. Stay tuned

I was dreading the weigh-in today ,,,,, but that’s always a mind thing …. I lost a few more pounds thinking i mite have gained …… I love the motivation this gives me 😁
