I watched a video on a famous self-improvement creator which said something that caught my attention. How he said it caught me off guard and made me question our perspective of fun. The whole meaning was that a fully disciplined day is more fun than a day doing the "fun habits" like binge-watching YouTube or TikTok, watching that show, and eating junk food.
When we look back on a disciplined day, we think it was a great and fun day even if we didn't do the fun habits we told ourselves were funny and relaxing. However, when we look back on the "fun" day, we don't think it was as amusing as it should have been.
The whole concept was exciting and made me question a lot of things, and I wanted to hear your perception and experience on this💪🤓
