What to do at 18?
I’ve already posted once and found the feedback very useful.
After some reflection, I’ve realised I don’t really have a plan. I dropped out of sixth form, had a 9-6 in sales for 3 weeks and now I just work part time in a supermarket with the goal of being self imployed.
I’ve been watching a lot of kris’s old content about the male advantage etc and considering I’m 18, even though it seems good on paper I just don’t really see making a good income online as realistic. My view point is I’m just another young guy I guess, probably going to follow an average successes pattern etc.
With that in mind I’ve been reflecting on my current life, working part time in a supermarket, going to the gym, learning Spanish, doing YouTube (just documenting my life, giving what advice I can as I go along). I feel good doing this, but the more I think long term, I’m not sure it’s really serving me.
I could live like this for years, but if I didn’t exceed online, I would be say 21 living with my parents, working in a part time supermarket etc.
Older guys, for the average guy on this journey, do you think it’s better to get out into the real world with a career, gain advice/experience etc which could help you later on, or just focus on the online stuff at a young age?
