Robinhood Options Trading Level 3

Question. Does anyone know how to get your Robinhood account to upgrade your options trading from level 2 to level 3? I need level 3 to be able to trade spreads and I have tried all possible answers in my investment profile to be upgraded, but no matter which answers I put it tells me I am not eligible yet.

Curious to hear if anyone else has head this experience and how they were able to upgrade to level 3. Thanks!
