I need some suggestions
Hi i am a new beginner to this fitness wor;ld. Ive recently started going to the gym and ive noticed im struggling a lot with lifting the smallest weights. what can i do to improve my strength. should i learn how to give pushups, pull ups first and then go to the gym or should i continue?
