🟢 Pain Free Dinker Program - this simple 2 day per week program includes 30 minute sessions that build stamina and strength in the ranges of motion and positions necessary for pickleball, and all you need is dumbbells
🟢 Specific Pain Protocols - as the group grows, we will build specific protocols to address common pains and injuries presented in our community
🟢 Coaching and specific requests answered by myself and other community members - part of this group is to grow together, addressing different needs as they arise
