Hey everyone. I recently received some feedback from test takers on what to expect on the exam.
Here's the breakdown:
1. Situation-Based Questions: this includes questions like what should the PM do, what should the PM have done or what should the PM do first/next. The exam will not ask you a direct process group question. Instead, they might take a tool/technique and make a situation out of it. The majority of the exam is agile based.
2. Drag and drop: Maximum of 5 questions. Common topics: risk prioritization, matching the situation with the appropriate project approach (predictive, hybrid or agile) and conflict resolution techniques
3. SPI and CPI interpretation: Maximum of 2
4. Calculation: Earned value (usually just 1)
5. Burndown/Burnup or Velocity chart analysis: Just 1
