Process for bringing in new clients

I know this may be a loaded question but could be very helpful to new people.

What process / steps do you take when searching for leads and how do you gather this information and follow up?

Hope we can get lots of processes/ steps everyone is doing so we can get ideas on what we may or may not be doing to have a successful business.

Myself.

Make post on Facebook with CTA
My CTA leads them back to my website so they can learn more about me.
I capture their information and send to excel through integration
I’m in the process of setting up a crm with ways of sending emails to nurture my potential customers and also in the process of creating some type of evergreen product or course I can give them for free

I know I have a long way to go and need much improvement on my processes and look forward to feedback and to see what others are doing.
