Riverside and Recording across different timezones

I am loving Riverside! In fact I am in love with it! Brilliant support videos too.

is in Dubai and I'm in Scotland so our podcast is recorded online - I've noticed that there are time delays when we listen back to the recording that we dont notice as much when recording - really subtle but enough to make the recording conversation sound a we bit staggered even when I go to max speed removing pauses - any ideas?
