The last year wasn’t my best year keeping up with my health. Started slacking off in the gym and making poor diet choses so this year I decided to make it a top priority to be better in that aspect of my life. I started going to the gym again. Watching what I eat and cutting back on the alcohol. Aside from dropping almost 15lbs in the last month, my resting heart rate has decreased by 8BPM which is great! I wanted to share this with you guys to remind you that being healthier is much more than looking your best for the ladies. It will help you physically inside and out as well as mentally.
