Starting guide for 75 HARD (watch video first)
For those of you starting 75 hard on the 15th "or after" below I have added some links/steps to take to make this whole process much easier for everyone. Id like to note that none of these are mandatory steps but will make doing this challenge much easier and trust me when I say that you will want to use some if not all these recourses. As always you can come to me directly or post in the group with any questions.
First things first I would download the 75 Hard app which is free. In this app you will have the tools to track your day to day task. This app will make your life a hell of a lot easier while also keeping you on top of things. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/75-hard/id1502228408
Second I would read over the FAQ's for the challenge. "This helped me a ton my first round"
{Read next paragraph before this one}
Third, and again this is not mandatory but just a tool to make things easier. 1st Phorm has an app that cost $12.99 a month. Within this app you will be given a designated personal trainer "yes a real person" to help you with your diet and exercise goals. Not only will you have access to a personal trainer, you will also have access to a shit ton of awesome workout programs to suit your needs. They even have workout programs for those of you that don't have access to a gym. There is also a scanner built in to the app that allows you to scan and log your food if you are looking to go that route. You can use my link below and I will be linked with your page to track along with you.
MY RECOMMENDATION FOR A DIET
My first round of 75 hard I ate as clean as possible and hit my goal of 200 grams of protein per day. If you don't know what's "clean" or not read the FAQ's. Most of the time if you question if it's good or not, it's probably not lol. NOW that said it's not always easy to hit these protein goals without supplementation so below I will add a link to 1st Phorms sup line. I would suggest the recovery stack for those of you in the challenge. Again this is just a recommendation so feel free to chose a diet of your own as well as your choice of sups. From now until Feb 29th 1st Phorm has a deal for anyone that orders supplements From them gets 1 FREE month of the app which would give you enough time to get your diet planned out if thats what you want to do that. 2 birds one stone. https://1stphorm.com/?a_aid=drewhaas
A quick way to know how much protein you should intake is to take your goal weight and times it by 1.2
so for me it would be 165 X 1.2 = 198 grams of protein.
