Drop your morning routine below. Mine is as follows...
Wake up drink a glass of water to hydrate
Make a cup of coffee or mud water,
Go out on my back porch and read a page of my daily devotional
put my bare feet on the ground "get grounded" pray/manifest/give gratitude for 15 ish minutes
journal "not every day but as needed"
make breakfast and then head to the gym.
Does it always go exactly like this? No but the days that I do seem to go much better than the days that I don't.
Make it your own, find what works best for you. Out of everything I would say the 15 minutes of Prayer/gratitude/manifestation, and moving your body is the most important of them all. Even if it is just a few push ups or squats DO SOMETHING.
