Surprise Coaching session! How to crush your competition when rates start dropping!
I'm throwing a curveball and hosting a surprise topic at the coaching session tomorrow at 10 AM on how to take advantage of dropping interest rates. This won't be your typical session. I'll review some historical data to show why the current trends can be predicted and how you should position yourself. It doesn't matter if your flipping, developing, or wanting to upgrade your current home.
We're also shifting all of the Thursday sessions back to 10 AM upon many requests. As always, bring your questions!
