What is the lowest profit margin you do?

When I calculate out all the fees to get a net profit from the platform and then deduct my shipping and COG expense, what should my lowest percentage be around?

For example, if I sold a $20 item and the math shows my profit margin in 38%, is this great, good, or bad?

I'm trying to determine a selling price and a promotional rate, for if it sells from a promoted listing. I'm hoping to hear from
