As a DOT, GM, and COO, I’ve honed my skills in building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Then life changed. In 2020, just two weeks after welcoming my first daughter into the world, the pandemic hit, and my role in the club industry became uncertain. To provide stability for my growing family, I transitioned into the corporate world.
