This might seem like a silly thing, but I wanted to share this interesting tip that I have learned over the past couple of years being gluten-free. My favorite pasta is Barilla. They have such a good gluten-free pasta. That is a very lateral substitution to normal spaghetti noodles. I was always getting frustrated that when I put the noodles in the boiling water all of the noodles would stick together in clumps (specifically, angel hair or fettuccine) it must be one of the compounds that make up the noodle being different because it’s gf but I learned this little trick and I’ve done it ever since and it drastically decreases the amount of noodles that get clump together!! take the noodles and crisscross them! Have you ever played the game ker plunk growing up? This is what comes to mind when I see the photo😂Arranged the noodles like this as they start getting softer and they will stick together way less! I have added a link to Amazon to what the gluten-free pasta looks like, but they sell it at a lot of different stores! https://amzn.to/3Y0QQHV Check out the photo below⬇️ Please share if you tried it and it was successful!!!
