31- 34+ in December?

So I got a 31 in the ACT in October. I don’t do AP Calc or anything like that

I got 27 Math, 34 Science, 30 English, 34 Reading

Please let me know what you think I can do to grind for 34+.

I am a senior, and a recruited athlete, and they said they would only support my app if I got a 34 or above
