Hey everyone!
I would appreciate advice on how to approach researching and running experiments on my topic. For some context, my topic is how the gene MFGE8 is causing cancer cells to metastasize and stick to bones with the gene. I want to solve this by using the protein's RNA and CRISPR to come up with a better protein that has the same function but does cause metastasis. My idea is to use Java to program possible combinations to create proteins. I would love to test my solutions, but don't know how to. Could anyone please guide me or should I think about another project? Thank you in advance!
