Why I don’t use toothpaste (not even a natural one)
I finally decided to bring this heavily requested video to you because a question I also get very often is “How are your teeth this healthy when you eat so much fruit?” 🍉🍇🥝🍌🍊😆😁 You can now find out all about it in my latest YouTube Video 🤩 A lot of people think it’s luck that my teeth are like this. I truly believe it is the result of good practices when it comes to when I eat, what I eat and how I take care of my teeth. I just went for a swim in the ocean with my family. And I realized how much it reenergizes me when I connect with my favorite element: water. I believe we all have one element that has the most potent and powerful effect on us and which we feel the strongest connection to. For me it has always been water. Whenever I go for a swim in nature I feel like I can take on the whole world. No challenge seems to big anymore. I’m ready to accomplish anything. Which one of the 4 elements do you feel most connected to and most energized and revitalized by? I’m super curious to see your answers ☺️

What would be the best possible outcome of you changing your diet?
Good morning 🌞🌻 Something I like doing every other morning, is to take my journal and write down a few reasons why I love being slim, lean and attractive. That might also include things that are possible for me when I am at my leanest, healthiest and most vibrant self. For example for me, inspiring the people around me to take care of their bodies and go vegan is way easier when I’m lean. So I’m not only helping myself but all the animals and also all the people that live healthier lives by being inspired by me. Remembering my why every single day has made it soooo easy recently to take action and to not give up in those tough moments which we all have 💫 I want to thank my dear and kind friend @Dillon Olias for reminding me to remember my why every single day for the last 2 month. 🫠 Nobody Is Talking About This...
Let's be honest, eating out is not always an easy one when you're someone who has fallen in love with eating healthy. If you're like me you probably realized as well that most restaurants serve tiny portions loaded with salt and oil to make it taste somewhat desirable and make the meal have calories. Whenever I'm at a restaurant I get quater the portion size of what I would normally eat at home and am raerly satisfied with how the food makes me feel. So for me personally the decision has been made a long time ago that the return on invest is just not there when it comes to eating out and I would much rather spend my money to get some real fast food aka fruit. Iykyk ;) I will say however, that I still love the aspect of going out with family and having a meal together at a restaurant. So whenever I choose to do that I prepare in advance by making sure there's something vegan on the menu that's oil-free and low sodium. If there's nothing I'll ask for a big portion of lettuce and bring my own dressing. And I make sure I eat enough fruit in advance throughout the day so that I still feel satiated after that meal.
