Welcome to the Recreate Partners and Alumni page! We are so excited that you are here! We created this group to provide.a one-stop shop for community, resources, and all things Wellness! Whether you are just starting your Recreate journey or are a seasoned Alumni, Dr. Kobsar, Judy and the entire Wellness Method team invite you to be active participants in this platform.
Our page will be opening in 3 phases over the course of the next several months.
Phase 1: Sept 1st - All community related items open: Welcome, Program Must Haves, Power Hours, Q&As, Men and Women's Health, and Essential Oils classroom course along with the calender open up!
Phase 2: Late September-Early October - All phase related items will open up for current Recreate partners, Lifetime phase will be open to Alumni only and zoom links for all Recreate in-program calls will be active.
Phase 3: 2025 - Educational videos added to phases, Exercise and DNA course will open for all members.
