$1,000 Finders Fee - Any Takers?

Hey everyone, I've got a duplex I'll likely double close on here before the end of the year. Duplex has a new-ish roof and is currently renting. Selling it under the 1% rule for $160,000.

If you know of someone who's buying rentals in Spartanburg and wants a duplex that meets the 1% rule, let me know. If the transaction closes, I'll cut you a check for $1,000 even if you're not the one who bought it as long as you provide the connection.
