The market appears to have come to life again. Who is showing clients this weekend?

Realtors, will you make this last quarter of the year your PEAK or your OFF season? The choice is up to you and whatever decision you make, will impact your 1st Quarter of 2025! I’ve been in this industry for 23 years now and I have watched both decisions being made by my peers. Those that stayed in the game during Q4 won BIG time in Q1 and the duration of the year! WHY?? Well, if we choose to go “off season”, we are taking 2 months off. Most think it is not a big deal yet, consider this. If I take Nov/Dec “off” and re-engage in January, it will most likely take me 2 - 3 months to capture any closings/income. So the 2 months off (Nov/Dec) are really costing you 4 MONTHS! That is a tough span to recover! Join me in making a decision this year. Decide to stay engaged AND enjoy the holiday season. It is possible to do both!
