"What if I burn out and can’t keep going?”
Have you ever experienced that fear which sneaks in when you're juggling so many things at once i.e deadlines, responsibilities and that desire to succeed?
You say over and over again to yourself :”I'll take a break when everything's done.”
But somehow the work is never done.
And that fear just lingers around, keeping you anxious.
You see, burnout is something that builds slowly.
It doesn't come overnight.
It comes from abandoning your own needs in the pursuit of productivity.
But don't worry though, you've acknowledged it which is the first step to preventing it.
You need to ask yourself: Am I operating in a stressed state?”
Or “Am I building solid habits which help me stay resilient in the long term?”
All you've got to do is, set clear boundaries, prioritise rest, or even take 10 minutes a day to reset.
It's the difference between staying strong and hitting a wall
Now imagine what you could get done if you approached work with clarity and energy instead of exhaustion.
This is why protecting your well-being isn’t a weakness.
It’s the foundation of your success.
