This move has been a beast for me. I can't figure out how to flow with it or stay in place. When I take a step I roll backwards. If I manage not to roll backwards I then can't seem to pick up one of my feet. I've read that the weight should be over your pinky toe and your foot slightly angled out. I dunno. It's not clicking. Is there much hip or shoulder involvement? I'm feeling like I'm missing something
