Being witnessed in our vulnerability in a safe space is an essential gift to give to ourselves & each other. It nourishes us, allowing us to show up for our relationships & responsibilities feeling less drained, more inspired, uplifted & enriched.
Life will inevitably continue presenting us with challenges, this is how we grow, but when we are rooted in our values, in self-love, in sisterhood, & in close connection with nature, we can better face & embrace the difficult moments from a place of greater clarity & wisdom, knowing we are not alone.
