Here is an example of a recap of my weekly meeting with one of our agents in Florida, she is a social butterfly but needs more discipline and a fire under her ass.
"YOUR GOAL: $200k and or 12 deals closed. KEEP THIS IN THE FRONT OF YOUR MIND. Do you really want it or not?
Tasks: You must have at least 5 Facebook marketplace listings by next Friday. Respond to everyone, be curious, and make them your clients. You must also have talked to 50 new people through Mojo. It can be text or call but have the reason you are reaching out to them front of mind as well. “I am trying to befriend people who may buy or sell at some point in the future.”
No butts, it’s game time.
When I die, I believe that I’ll be introduced to the best version of myself. I don’t want to see a stranger, I want to be looking in a mirror."
