It’s crazy to see this guy who has no tech experience, no advertising experience, no social media experience…. He’s just a sales guy who has a CRM and even that kinda sucks.
So how is he able to put $600 into Facebook ads and spit out 10 sales around $1500 per sale and earning $15k?
It breaks down into a repeatable system which I’ve created a framework around and it breaks down into 7 sections
0. Existing bank of data, leads, content, followers, etc
- KPI Back engineering. Focusing on analyzing data like Total Monthly Views, Highest engaged and reach content, Average profile views, Average new follower, total amount of leads in CRM, percentage of leads who convert to sales every month, time it takes to close a new lead, average revenue per sale, average cost per sale, etc
- Avatar, who were speaking to, the problems that keep them up at night or stressed in the day, the solutions we can offer to those problems, the exact steps to take someone from experiencing a problem to problem solved, etc
- Optimizing the back end, CRM, Social Media Profile, Speed to lead, automations, sales processes, website and funnels, pipeline party (reactivation campaign)
- Content Cycle, Content scripts, content calendar, optimizing content, increasing reach, engagement, followers, optimizing on data from step 1
- Dream 100 then scale with ads. The Dream 100 is the key to cheap leads. You make a list of 100 influencers/micro influencers/meme pages/groups that already have the audience you want to go after and write out 100 of them. Then, try to partner with at least 1 if not more to do shoutouts to your page. This will massively increase traffic to your social media and pages and sales systems, and at an extremely low costs with highly qualified and engaged target audiences.
- Paid ads. From this point as our page is growing and sales systems and producing more cash flow we begin to scale by turning on pay per impression or pay per click advertising on meta Google YouTube etc.
- Never ending conversion rate optimization, A/B split test, and outsource to maximize every area. Never stop what’s working just take 10% and test with that and hire people to handle medial tasks that allow you to have more time for income producing activities or ideas
My client had a sloppy version of all of these, and when we spoke I knew it’d be simple for me to clean things up and really allow scale.
The game plan was Optimize his CRM. He has no automations or workflows to increase speed to lead, follow ups, etc. so we’ll get that in place ASAP.
While we get that in place we also notice he had a few thousand leads sitting there from years in the industry, so we’ll also kick off the CRM updates with a pipeline party aka a reactivation offer to his existing bank of leads which should immediately generate business for him.
We also noticed his instagram is getting around 5k views per month, 250 instagram page viewers, 120 new followers every month.
Our goal is to get the 5k to 10k per month while also achieving equal growth on the rest of the social media KPIs. This should double lead flow from organic for him.
Another key thing he has is a friend who is a comedian and regularly collaborates with him on Instagram which is really what allows his page to grow more rapidly, generate quick sales because trust is already in place, and for his ads to perform much better from the jump. That is why Step 5 is in place before Step 6.
He’s allowed his friends nephew to run Instagram ads for him. They’ve ran 4 ads, which were boosted post with the goal of starting a message conversion. Those 4 ads spent $600 in total, generated 120 leads, and 10 sales grossing $15k in commission.
Of those 4 ads, 2 of them yielded most of the results with one spending $200 and accounting for 50% of total sales and commission.
So our next goal is to optimize ad campaigns using best performing organic posts, collaboration ads with his influencer friend, and spend 2k instead of only $600.
The goal is to take him from 15 sales to 30 sales per month or 15k-30k/month and tackling these 3 problems organized by using a 30-60-90 game plan and quarterly review meetings with the client
- Streamline CRM and Sales Systems + throw a pipeline party
- Increase social media reach and organic lead flow by aiming to go from 5k to 10k total reach per month
- Triple ad spend, launch collaboration ads, optimize campaign performance
These 7 steps when executed smoothly always work to scale your business
