Sunday is easily the most wasted day of the week - either by sleeping in, brunch & parties, or just video games all day. I'm not condemning video games (completely)... One thing I've found to be true throughout my life is that Every Sunday, I'll spend a minimum of 1 hour doing the following: 5. Deep Clean & Laundry 4. Groceries for the week 3. Money Management - Review Finances & Plan ahead 2. Plan My week - Literally go through each day to put down: - 3 things I need to achieve this week - 3 things that need to be done this week 1. Work / Education - Anything I can do today to get ahead.
