Hey, I want to know what I should do if I'm too straight forward when trying to set appointments, I often feel pushy when trying to persuade someone into doing something, which leads to the person on the other end to say no and block me straight away Is there anyway I can fix that?

Big sales concern
hey everyone is it possible for me to get sales experience outside of the west I've been struggling to work in EST time zone since my time is GMT+4 and I have school (I don't wanna mess up my sleep schedule) not to mention Instagram coaches could not work with me as a setter because of my location/time zone. made me feel like sales isn't for me should I move onto something else like writing
