It comes down to two things:
1️⃣ Responding quickly—Most customers won’t wait around if you don’t answer. They’ll move on to the next option. Answering the phone needs to be your TOP priority.
2️⃣ Crafting better offers—Your offer should be so good that a customer would feel stupid saying no. If your offers aren’t clear and irresistible, you’re making it easy for them to go elsewhere.
